The listing claimed there was air conditioning, yet upon arrival I found only a unit tied to a bucket used for mopping that blew hot air; the shower doors had no handles, and the sink drain was broken. Opening the windows was a terrible idea because the smell of fish and garbage from nearby restaurants seeped into the room. The bed was positioned differently than in the photos, and breakfast was not actually included—only a single day’s worth of bland cookies, pasta, and coffee was offered.

The B&B is very conveniently located near the city centre. However, the booking page advertised air conditioning, but we only had three fans that did not cool the room given the high external temperatures and humidity. Every night we struggled to sleep because of the heat, and after we entered the room each time it felt almost suffocating. We reported this to the manager, who gave false information, and to Booking, which apparently did not verify the listed services. Additionally, there were no hooks for towels or toilet paper.

The accommodation’s location was close to the historic centre. The address listed on the booking page was inaccurate, making it difficult to locate the hotel—thanks to the taxi driver for the help. There was no breakfast, only two small coffee cups and single‑use plastic glasses. We were offered only a few cakes, four industrial croissants, decaf instant coffee, and a handful of tea sachets for the entire nine nights. The air conditioning was ineffective, never dropping below 30 °C and often reaching 32 °C, forcing us to sleep with the windows open. We slept poorly because of the heat and the surrounding noise that persisted until 3 a.m.

The room was large, but the cleanliness was subpar, the air conditioning didn’t work, and almost all door handles were broken. The bathroom was very small.
