Getting in touch with the staff was easy and they responded quickly, yet they failed to provide a satisfying solution to our complaint. The wifi was completely non‑functional, and the shower cabin door was so broken that water flooded the bathroom.

The staff were ready to solve problems, but there was a lack of clarity in the request from Booking.
