I tried to check in but was told they couldn't accommodate me. Not sure what the issue was, but it was a bit of a letdown.

Unfortunately, my stay was marred by a few issues - they asked for an extra amount when I arrived, and there was no warm water, towels, or decent toiletries in the room. The staff were okay, but it wasn't enough to make up for the problems.

My stay was a disaster from the start - the room and washroom were disgustingly dirty, and to make matters worse, the staff were extremely rude. This was hands down my worst experience at a hotel.

The staff here really made my stay special - they were always happy to help and made me feel welcome. The only downside was the noise from the street, but it didn't bother me too much.

Be aware that if you book online, you'll have to pay again when you arrive. It's a bit of a hassle, but at least they're upfront about it.
