When I asked for a ground‑floor room using my PMR card, the staff replied that some disabilities aren’t visible and told me there were no ground‑floor rooms left, even though the hotel was empty. I ended up standing outside the front door because the gentleman hadn’t explained how to open it with a code, a code I never received.

The bed was comfortable and the location was quiet. When I checked in, there was no staff on site, so I used the electronic access. I accidentally paid again, but the staff who arrived were very friendly and cancelled the extra charge without any hassle. Thanks. The room could have been cleaner; it lacked freshness, and there was no outlet next to the mirror, so I couldn’t dry my hair because the plug was too far away. The bathroom also had no outlet.

Parking was spacious and free, the area was quiet and silent, and there were several shops nearby. The bathroom had a bad odor, and I would have liked at least a few Italian TV channels.

There’s a large free parking lot, stable Wi‑Fi, and a very comfortable bed. The place feels a bit dated, especially the shower which shows visible wear.
