Calidas Hill

We were really let down by our stay at this hotel. My friends and I had planned a 2‑day getaway, but for most of that time there was no water. We had no water all evening and the next morning until 12 PM, so we couldn't shower, wash properly, or use the basic facilities we expect when paying for lodging. Even worse was the management’s response: we reported the problem, yet nothing substantial was done to fix it or offer compensation. Our vacation suffered badly and the whole experience was ruined. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and would never stay here again.

The room had a great view, and the space was nice, but I had a bit of a problem with the bathtub - it didn't fill up with warm water, which was a bit of a letdown. Overall, it was a decent stay, but that one issue bothered me.

This place is super private and perfect for a family or two couples - you're basically in your own little world with no neighbors around. The views of Kintamani from both bedrooms and the deck are amazing, and I loved that there were no mosquitoes (just a lot of flies in the morning, but that's to be expected in nature). I'm definitely coming back here.

“Pleasant stay”

The breakfast options were pretty limited, and we ended up eating outside, which wasn't ideal. To make matters worse, there was no water available, and the hot water for bathing wasn't working - that was a bit of a disaster.

The view here is pretty cool, and the staff are really friendly.
