I found the location right at the entrance of Lebrija, with easy parking, and the building feels modern with a nice terrace. A nearby bar is good for breakfast. I couldn’t watch TV because the batteries were missing (the receptionist found them via phone); one side of the mattress was sagging; the terrace was closed and unavailable.

The location is great with on‑site parking, the facilities are very nice, and the elevator to our floor was efficient. The shower water could have been warmer, but it was a very hot day.
