“Very horrible. Will never stay again”
The photos posted were nowhere near what the place actually looked like; it was dirty, with no towels, no soap, and no breakfast. It didn’t match the pictures at all.
“Terribile”
There were no cleanings; everything was dirty, the blankets were stained, and the bathrooms were filthy and broken.
The bathroom could be upgraded to meet higher standards.
“Avoid staying at The White Amritsar”
The location is convenient, but everything else about the hotel is terrible. The building is old and poorly managed with low maintenance. There’s no hygiene, cockroaches and other insects crawling in the room, especially on the bed every night, even after cleaning. Walls are broken, the washbasin is cracked, the kettle is dirty and old, and the cups are old too. The TV didn’t work, there’s no proper room service, and no internal telephone system to call reception. The front office staff were awful, ignored us, gave no information, and told us to check with Rikshawalas. I had paid in full for four nights in advance, was forced to stay, and they refused to refund.
