The rooms were very clean and spacious enough for the three of us, and I liked everything here.

The location was good, but the bed felt a bit stiff.

The room was available when I needed it, but the smell in the room and hallway was unpleasant.

I was asked to leave even after I mentioned I had small dogs, right after complaining about the room. The bathroom door wouldn’t close or lock, and my elderly mother and husband almost fell in the shower because there was nothing to grip inside; I had requested a disability room. A wall was covered with something like juice, and the floors were badly scratched, though I didn’t complain because of the dogs. I was supposed to stay for a week.

Service was the only thing really good. Everything else was lacking; I deserve a free stay voucher or at least half off a room.
