The staff were especially attentive and eager to help, which made the stay very comfortable. The rooms were spotless. Apart from the taste of the food, everything else was perfect. The only downside was that the on‑site food could have been better.

The hotel smells, and there were a lot of older guests. Fresh melons were missing.

Everything was top!

The staff were friendly, cleanliness was on par, and the food was good. The spa center and bath towel usage had to be paid for, which is unacceptable for an all‑inclusive package.

The food was excellent, the staff were courteous and wanted us to feel comfortable, and I couldn’t find anything I didn’t like enough to complain about.
