The décor is gorgeous, and stepping inside instantly feels like a cozy cocoon. The owners offered a 50 % refund the next day because the jacuzzi couldn’t be used. Unfortunately the jacuzzi was at 30 °C and there was no manual; I had to search ChatGPT for instructions, which didn’t solve the issue, and the hosts only replied after 1 h 30. So I couldn’t use the main attraction. On the holiday there was no breakfast option at all. The coffee machine was unusable, probably clogged with limescale. Other small improvements would help: no paper towels or Kleenex, no dishcloths, a small freezer that’s hard to fill, and a full ice bucket would have been nice for the champagne bucket provided.

I decided to skip it. The jacuzzi was at 44 °C, which felt dangerous, and I couldn’t use it. Plaster was coming loose along the walls, a lamp next to the bed was hanging on power cords, and the bathtub’s button fell off immediately.

The place is perfect for a romantic getaway. The spa equipment was unfortunately neglected.

This hotel is pretty cool, it's decorated nicely, big, clean, and comfy, but the jacuzzi and spa tub temps were kinda off.

I loved the vibe of this hotel, the decor was beautiful and it felt really welcoming. The layout was great too, it all flowed really well.
