I arrived an hour early to drop off my luggage, yet no one was there. I rang the bell several times, waited in front of the door, and called the number on the door, but nobody answered. I had to go elsewhere, yet they still charged me for a night. Booking couldn’t help, and the hotel refused to refund me. It’s a shame because I use that platform often.

The place is well situated for travelers heading to Maputo airport. However, the air conditioning didn’t work properly, the bathroom water supply failed, and the mixer and taps were broken so the shower wouldn’t turn on.
