The spot is great and the design is cool, plus the pure vegetarian restaurant is a win, but I found a cobweb in the toilet, more in the corridor, the shower and wash basin only gave lukewarm water, cockroaches were in my room, and the food service at Kamal Restaurant was painfully slow.

I recently stayed here with my family and booked a deluxe room. The property itself is good, the food was good, and most of the staff were polite and helpful. The overall atmosphere was also pleasant. However, my entire experience was completely ruined by the manager’s behavior. I was charged for two rooms even though we only used one room. When I asked for clarification, the manager casually said the room was “not neat” and demanded extra money without any proper explanation. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. What hurt the most was not the extra money, but the way the manager treated me. I felt completely humiliated in front of my family. In the hospitality industry, respect towards guests is the most basic expectation, and unfortunately the manager failed miserably in that regard. It is disappointing to see such a good property being damaged by the attitude of someone in a responsible position. If this is how guests are treated, it will definitely affect the reputation of the place in the long run. After this experience, I will not visit again and I will not recommend this place to anyone I know

This hotel was basically perfect. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was great. I'd definitely stay here again.
