“Génial”
The establishment was very clean and comfortable, the staff was reachable, and the bedding was comfortable. No negatives.
The place was spotless and the bed was super comfy, but there was no water available for drinking.

Everything was great, nothing was wrong.
“Menos de lo esperado”
The only good thing was how easy it was to get information and contact the hotel. The rest was a nightmare: the other guests kept knocking on their doors all night, our room had no soundproofing, the shower cabin was in bad shape and so small that I couldn’t even bend down to grab the soap; I’m 1.85m tall, not that I’m particularly tall.
The cleaning was good, but the street noise and the overall situation were annoying.
