I arrived to find double beds instead of the king I had booked and paid for, and because I booked through a third‑party they wouldn’t refund the difference; if I’d asked for a king they’d add a daily rate of 100.00.

The staff were amazing and the facilities were wonderful, but I couldn’t stay longer than I wanted.

I booked a room with a kitchenette and balcony, but when I arrived the staff said that wasn’t what I had ordered and handed me a deluxe king that was too small for my needs; I had to wait 3 hours for check‑in because they were giving me an accessible room that I hadn’t booked, I was charged 172.00 plus for the room, and still had to leave by 11 am. I book at this hotel a lot, so I’m very disappointed.
