I never actually stayed because the hotel was fully booked even though I had paid and had the receipt; they still bumped me and I paid for another place myself, and I haven’t gotten a refund yet. It feels like a scam and I’m wondering how they even vet these properties.

This hotel seems to cater mainly to couples, and with the renovation going on, the rooms were a bit of a mess - dirty and not exactly what you'd expect. On the plus side, the staff were really friendly and helpful. If you're a solo traveler, you might enjoy it, but for families, probably not the best bet.

For the most part, it was a good experience, but compared to what I was expecting for the budget, it was just okay. The price was decent, but I think I might have expected a bit more for the price. Still, it wasn't bad, just not great either.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything, but unfortunately, that's where the positives end. The room was a letdown - it was small, the atmosphere was off, and there was a weird smell that I couldn't shake. To top it all off, the toilet drain wasn't working properly, which was a major inconvenience. Overall, it's a shame the room didn't live up to the great location.

The hotel's location is really convenient and it's surprisingly peaceful, considering it's in the city. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free, which is always a plus. Overall, it ticks all the boxes for a comfortable stay.
