Warm like being at home, all facilities are available at a low price. The bathroom had no solid door for women and was shared, so we had to use the onsen together.

An exceptional stay in Yufu. The accommodation was beautiful, welcoming, and spotless. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the extraordinary kindness and hospitality of the people who welcomed us. We felt genuinely at home. Close to the train station, close to ION Mall, close to the pedestrian street, has an onsen pool to soak in. The bathroom and shower have very few rooms, just one each, and they are shared.

The room was very comfortable, had everything needed and the tatami was super comfy. Everything was very clean and the rooftop onsen was wonderful. The check‑in was at 17:00, which was ridiculous because the buses from Kurokawa and other destinations arrive at noon, so I had to wander around while I was dying to get to the hotel. An hour before, I begged them to let me in and they agreed, but the room was already ready, so clearly it was a rigid rule with no sense. At check‑out I wanted to keep working in the lounge and they told me I could only stay until check‑out time, which I also found ridiculous; there was no one there and it was just a space to use my computer because my train didn’t leave until 14:00 and it was raining outside. Those rules seem unnecessary and they give a bitter taste that colors the rest of the ratings.
Clean, convenient, and not far from the station. The flooring in the hotel room makes a lot of noise whenever someone walks in and out of the bathroom, which kept me awake throughout the night.
