The staff were friendly, the rooms were beautiful and clean, and the breakfast was excellent, leaving me completely satisfied.

The natural surroundings were lovely and the balcony view helped me unwind from everyday life; the staff were friendly and spoke English to guests from other countries. However, as already mentioned, the setting is natural, so insects are to be expected, which I personally did not find problematic.

The place was quiet, surrounded by nature, with friendly staff and clean rooms, but the photos did not match reality: the breakfast was not a Swedish buffet, there was no coffee from a Kava machine, and no pastries— the photo was misleading. There was a children's play area in one room on the floor, with all toys dumped into "bins" that required digging out; the play area was not part of the dining area, so it felt isolated and poorly maintained. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the friend had a mattress that was uneven. Breakfast on the first day started at 8:30 am because of a national holiday; on the second day it should have been from 8 am as advertised, but when we arrived at 8:20 am the lady apologized that not everything was complete. The puppies and trampoline provided a nice distraction. Overall, the entire area was not very well maintained.

The location is great—just a ten‑minute train ride to Karlovy Vary—and it’s very quiet when you need peace. The host was very friendly and we even had dinner there in the evening. The rooms were very clean and even had a small balcony. We will definitely come back.

Everything was nice and quiet, and in the summer it would definitely be a gem in the mountains; everything was fine.
