It was spotless, and what I really appreciated was that the property was gated; the parking lot is so well lit at night it feels like day. The rooms were immaculate and smelled like fresh laundry. I recommend it. Nothing negative; it was awesome.

A new and clean hotel, well sound‑proofed even though the road is close by, ideal for visiting the NASA and the charming port of KEMAH (nice restaurant at Mona Lisa). Very little toiletry linen (one mini bath sheet + one wipe per day) when showering in the evening and morning… Breakfast needs improvement (everything is pre‑packaged).

The property was very clean and customer service excellent. I forgot to request an accessible room for a disabled family member when booking, and although none were available, they immediately arranged an alternative first‑floor room at no extra cost, which we were extremely grateful for. Really a 10/10 stay.

There was nothing to like about this place. I traveled with my girlfriend and her service dog. After check‑in the staff called us and insisted that they do not allow pets. Even after explaining it was a service dog, they repeatedly shouted at us that pets were not allowed and tried to kick us off the property. This is a clear violation of the law and we will take action against them.
