I landed in Rome again and this time I hit the jackpot with this spot. The flat sits in a quiet, safe area close to the Vatican, and the 64 bus stop is practically right outside, making city hopping a breeze after a full day of sights. Even late at night we felt safe walking back. The room was spotless, cozy, and ready to go, making it a solid base for exploring. Each morning, a tasty espresso greeted us—perfect for kicking off another day of sightseeing. The real star was Viola; from the moment we met her she was warm, helpful, and welcoming, always ready with advice and support. She made us feel like guests, not just customers. I’ll definitely return on my next Rome trip and wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Location, cleanliness and amability of Viola, the host! Close to the Vaticane, just 2 streets far. Extremely helpful host and the place was clean and in good maintenance. Definetely we will come back’

I walked about eight minutes from San Pietro station to get here. It’s close to the Vatican and surrounded by plenty of restaurants, making mornings and dinners convenient.

The spot is amazing. The owner is super friendly and quick to respond. The only downside was a noise in the bathroom when the water runs; the sound insulation could be better because we could hear other guests walking and locking the door in the morning.
