“Will not stay there again”

I was assigned a room that still had a ring in the toilet and an unvacuumed carpet, although the bed was made; the overall cleanliness and air conditioning were also lacking.

“It smelled horrible, stains all over the sheets and blankets. I went to walmart and brought some along with air freshene”

I would not recommend anyone to stay here; the property had a horrible smell, dirty rooms, and the staff seemed indifferent, as if they were just taking our money and we were stuck.

“Clean, comfy amd convenient”

The bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept on, the pillows were incredible, and the complimentary breakfast offered nice choices; nearby there were plenty of restaurants and the staff were friendly and accommodating, though one corner of the room had a bit of peeling wallpaper that didn’t affect our stay and all room amenities worked as expected.

The sheer curtains had food on them, the bathroom shelves hadn’t been dusted in months with thick dust buildup, and the tile under the sink vanity had grime that wasn’t cleaned properly; this hotel clearly has been neglected for years.
