The owner was incredibly kind. It’s a pity you don’t know who you’ll find inside the house; I was lucky that a young, polite couple arrived, but that’s just my opinion. The owner told me he will split the villa into two studios, so there will be no common areas.
A very pretty house, clean and perfect for a quiet stay in Sicily. Sandro, the owner, is very helpful and welcoming.
The place was comfortable, spacious, and full of comforts and quiet. The manager was an exceptional person, always there for any need, even helping us on Sunday when our car had issues and there was no one else to call. The only thing to note is that the listing should clarify that the accommodation is shared, a B&B rather than a single apartment.

The property was at the right distance for our needs, located just outside the town on the road that leads not only to Selinunte, from which the name comes, but also to Castelvetrano, another center of interest. The room was very large, clean, the bed very comfortable, and the en‑suite bathroom, while not huge, was still usable for someone of my size. The kitchen had everything, the fridge with freezer was very spacious and lets you keep your own items separate from those of other guests. You can park your car inside the courtyard, closed by a manually opened gate; outside the space still allows parking off the road. We really appreciated the attention to waste sorting, a practice many guests overlook; there are several containers in front of the entrance clearly labeled with their function. Sandro, the owner, is a very courteous and helpful person who always tries to make his guests comfortable and we got along very well. When we return to Partanna we’ll definitely stay with him again.
It’s an independent property with a nice entrance for parking your car; it sits halfway between Partanna and Castelvetrano (10 km), where you can catch a train and travel to Trapani (the ticket is very cheap). The property offers all the comforts you could want, nothing is missing. It’s set in a quiet and safe environment. The host is a very kind and available person. We’ll definitely come back.
