The hotel’s location worked well for business trips, but I wish the breakfast restaurant offered chopsticks.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room and the comfortable bed, but unfortunately, the hotel's noise level was a major issue for me. The proximity to the stairs meant I could hear every guest coming and going, and there were also strange noises coming from unknown sources, like furniture being dragged.
There were no positive aspects to mention.

The room was spotless and roomy, and the staff were very kind and accommodating. With several hotels nearby, this one probably tops the list. The temperature was hard to control—maybe just my room, which sits right above the kitchen. Breakfast was disappointing; everything was cold.
