The bed was comfortable and the location was decent with on‑street parking. The room I stayed in didn’t have an ensuite bathroom, and the shared bathroom wasn’t very clean.

We appreciated the friendly staff and the building itself, and the location was ideal for walking around Lerwick and the surrounding area. Nothing to complain about.

The breakfast spread was outstanding. Being on the ground floor was a relief for a 70‑year‑old with sore knees. The room was compact but pleasant, and I’ll return when Room 1 is free. The steep lanes in Lerwick, however, are a bit of a challenge for me now.

Lovely guest house in Lerwick. Cosy, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great - the staff clearly cared about providing a nice experience for all guests. Good location - only a short walk to the main streets. Great value for money staying here
