Hyatt House Boulder/Broomfield

The breakfast was decent compared to other similar US hotels, the shower was good, the bed was comfortable, and the reception staff were pleasant. We stayed three nights, but the apartment‑style hotel had too little cookware, some pots were dirty, the pans were awful, and there was no knife or sponge for dishes. The ironing board was broken, and overall it looked like it needed repairs. I struggled to open the windows on the third try. The floor staff were not friendly, didn’t speak English, and the elevator served both guests and staff. The windows looked out onto the pool, which actually looked more like a swamp. At night a train could be heard loudly; the tracks are 200 m from the hotel.

“Perfect”

The room was very functional and comfortable, the kitchen had everything needed, the bathroom was big and the shower was amazing, breakfast was good, the staff were very helpful, and the area was quiet with easy access to the highway, so I would definitely return. Nothing negative.

At check‑in I was told the reservation wasn’t found; after refreshing the hotel’s computer, the booking appeared.

The rooms were spotless and the staff were extremely friendly, plus we got free parking. Still, this was the worst hotel chain we've seen on our US trip, having stayed in ten different chains; the breakfast was subpar, with eggs, coffee, and oatmeal repeatedly missing even though it was between 7‑10:00 and we arrived at 8:00, and there was no body lotion available.

Getting in and out of the hotel was a breeze from the highway. However, we found a half‑bag of chips in the cabinet and more chips on the chair, and the shower had no soap dispenser—definitely the worst code I've ever heard.
