The pool is amazing and heated, the room is spacious with a comfy bed and pillows, and the bathtub with a view is a highlight; the staff are incredibly helpful and kind, the hotel overall is well maintained with nice details. The breakfast could have more variety, but what they offer is good, and each day features a different specialty.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious, the pool is very pleasant with a bar, breakfast was very good, and the staff were very helpful. Nothing to complain about.

A spacious room with a real king‑size bed—great! Clean and by the pool. With the rented scooter we saw much of the city and surroundings. Breakfast was thin, not many options; it could have been better.

My family and I are very well travelled; out of all the hotels we’ve stayed in, this one is number one. From its location, its impeccable facilities, fabulous food, and especially the exceptional staff and hospitality, we couldn’t fault anything about our stay. We look forward to returning to Chiang Mai and staying at the Narinthra Heritage again.

직원분들 친절하고, 올드시티 묵을 거라면 위치 너무 좋고(선데이마켓 바로 옆, 타패게이트 조금 더 옆), 수영장 작아 보이나 즐기기 충분해요. 조식도 맛있었고 데일리특식도 좋았어요. 흠 잡을게 없네요. 다음에 오게 되면 다시 묵을 의향 100%입니다. 예약확정전 요구사항에 대하여 서로 몇번을 확인하고 예약확정했으나 체크인하러 왔을때 반영이 안돼 있어 당황했어요. 호텔측 실수 인정하고 그 다음날 바로 조치해주긴 했지만, 첫인상이 좋게 시작하진 않았네요. 입실전 예약자들 현황 체크에 좀 더 세심한 관심이 필요해보여요
