The room was cramped, the toilet/shower area the smallest I've seen, it stayed cold and there was no way to heat it, and the duvets were totally insufficient for autumn.

The location is spot‑on, the place feels a bit dated but it’s clean and comfortable. I thought it was a bit pricey for a very basic room, especially on an off‑season Monday.

I left after 10 minutes. The room was filthy, with remnants of previous guests everywhere and nasty stains. I couldn’t get in at first, and when I finally did, the keys were handed over and I was left alone with no one to discuss the room’s condition. I requested a refund but the hotel management hasn’t responded.
