The room was very comfortable, spotless, and offered a fabulous view of the Potala; the breakfast selection was terrific, and I appreciated having an oxygen tank and a humidifier in the room – both were extremely helpful; the staff were professional and helpful.

The manager claimed to have taken a deposit from my card that they were not entitled to; more than two months after checkout, the money was still not returned, and they sent a screenshot of a supposed transfer to a different card and an amount that did not match mine – a sham.

The location was great, the staff spoke English and were helpful, and the customer service was excellent, plus the lobby lounge had wonderful coffee. The room overlooking Potala Palace was absolutely amazing.

The hotel is very beautiful, large, and comfortable. The location is right in the center. The room finish is flawless and the food is tasty. The bar wasn’t working.
