We never received the room because apparently they no longer work with your system, so the booking was lost—a very bad situation that I plan to report to the Herald newspaper. Every aspect of this place is unprofessional.

Nothing, the service and facilities were very poor. We were told the room wasn’t ready at check‑in, there were no towels in the room, and we had to wait over an hour for the gate to open.

The spot was spot-on, right on the main road, but the place was a nightmare—cockroaches everywhere, sticky floors, a busted door lock, and to top it off, they had other guests in my room during the day. I returned early once and had to wait more than two hours while those other people were still in the room, which was the worst experience I've ever had, and it was also super noisy at night.
