Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Eaton

When I stay at a hotel I require two items, that the room be clean and that I can take a hot shower before I leave the next morning. I drove for almost ten hours to get to your location and then did the same today to get home to Kansas City. While I have no complaint about the cleanliness of the room, not having any hot water to take a shower before my long drive was not acceptable to me. I understand you could not control the fact that power was lost last night due to the storm that went through, I do believe someone at your location should have known there was no hot water. Another person who stayed last night backed up my complaint. I believe that I am owed some kind of credit due to this issue. Please let me know if I will be receiving a credit against the room charges. Thank you BoB Franzese Room #313

“I didnt get to stay”

Nothing my reservation was canceled without being made aware drive 6 and half hours just to have your reservation canceled. The fact that my reservation was canceled

“It was ok”

It was local to what I was there for. It was clean. It was not Ada accessible. The AC made noises. The beds were made of bricks. Did not like the price I paid for 1 night

The beds, staff, smell, and cleanliness were all spot on.
