Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn klein, maar zo efficiënt mogelijk ingericht. Het ontbijt was prima en de gratis softdrinks en alcohol vanaf 17:00 tot 21:00 was zeer aangenaam na een regenachtige dag. Het is een goed hotel voor een nachtje of twee als stop naar mount Fuji. Vanuit het hotel kan je ook nog makkelijk naar Premium outlets van Gotemba. Vanaf Gotemba kan je dus bus nemen voor twee trails richting mount Fuji ( Gotemba trail en de Subashiri trail). De kamers kunnen voor sommige mensen als klein worden ervaren
