When we arrived, we had to clock in at the facilities, but the manager asked for our IDs and, seeing we were 19, denied us entry because their policy requires a minimum age of 21; she then kicked us out. I emailed the booking address to complain and request a refund, but received no response.

The staff were helpful and nice, but the room smelled like animals, had roaches, and the ceiling had holes; there was no fridge or microwave, so the staff had to bring us a fridge and microwave to place in the room.
