“Decepcionante”

The location was fine. The infrastructure needs maintenance. I stayed in room 512, which had no cell signal and terrible Wi‑Fi, leaving me completely disconnected. I went downstairs to complain and was moved to room 702, where the Wi‑Fi still didn’t work, but at least the 5G on my phone did. The infrastructure needs a lot of improvement.

The apartment was terribly dirty. I even found a cockroach in the bathroom!

“Tirando o conforto da suite, o restante pessimo”

Conforto e limpeza. Funcionário da recepção não passaram as informações e benefícios oferecidos pelo hotel pra nós e já pra outros no nosso check out eu vi passando. Café da manhã bem abaixo do padrão e preço da estadia. Lá mostrou que a piscina estaria em manutenção do dia 14 e já no dia 13 não pudemos usufruir. Se tivesse avisado antes teríamos procurado outro hotel. Experiência horrível

“Moldy and past its prime”

The only things we appreciated were the receptionust upon check-in and the location. We were quite shocked to experience the level of uncleanliness in the hotel. The room smelled musty, and there was not only humidity but also black mold visible in the toilet. The mattress was covered only by a thin sheet, and the mattress, like other things, were from centuries ago. The room was missing toilet paper and hand soap, and the towels and sheets were stained. We checked out the next day and went to an airbnb to get out of there!

Had a nice stay - the room was not massive, but it was neat and clean and modern enough. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully tiled. The breakfast was a bit tight, but the options were good enough. No kettle and coffee/tea options in the room. The fridge was very loud
