Hotel Broken Column

I was in the city centre so everything was within reach, and the room was clean and comfortable with a nice bed. They cleaned daily and put bottled water in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and there were cute cats visiting. The breakfast spot was a disaster: on the roof terrace there was one area with dirty, used chairs, and the pastries were dry, the veggies were oddly cooked, and the cold cuts had a strange taste. We were always hungry looking for breakfast. Outside of Europe, the room’s Wi‑Fi didn’t work, only the hotel’s Wi‑Fi did.

The location was perfect for sightseeing, the staff were very pleasant and helped with everything, the air conditioning worked and the rooms were clean. Breakfast was simple, nothing fancy but fresh. It might not be the best hotel in Istanbul, but we really liked it.
