Room 4 is comfortable, but the street noise is loud and makes it hard to rest; also, the lamp hanging over the bed feels insecure and looks like it might fall onto the bed.

The place is well located, but upon arrival we had to call to get the keys because there was no reception, we had to buy shampoo and conditioner, the “heating” was an air conditioner outside the room, we had a double bed with only one nightstand and a single glass, I had to ask for a hair dryer because there wasn’t one, the towels looked dirty with stains, there were cobwebs in the corners and the floor was dirty, the room door had gaps at the bottom so privacy was lacking, they took photos of our IDs even though that may be illegal under data protection law and we paid €120 cash for two nights without a receipt, on Tuesday we ran out of hot water for showers, the next day a worker barged into the room while my partner, who only speaks German, was sleeping, and the owner, whom I never met, only apologized for the inconvenience via WhatsApp.
