The host was friendly. The room was too small for three people, the TV needed updating, and the location was… (the rest of the sentence was cut off).

The owner’s welcome went beyond our expectations – he offered water, coffee and listened to our requests about local restaurants and sights – yet breakfast was outside the property at a local pastry shop and had to be paid with vouchers the owner gave us (three vouchers, one per person). Every day we had to pay a surcharge for items like juice, three croissants, a milk‑cocoa and a cappuccino.

The host was friendly and the view was great, but we didn't realize there was an extra air mattress in the room, which deflated at night and forced us to sleep on the floor; the so‑called pool was really just a hot tub.

The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and it was quiet, but the host’s communication was poor; we only learned by calling him in the morning that breakfast wasn’t at the agriturismo’s restaurant but at the village bar, and we needed a €3 voucher.
