The air‑conditioner was good. At first everything seemed fine, but after a few hours we noticed humidity throughout the place, especially strong mold smell from the kitchen and sewage smell from the bathroom, so we always slept with the door closed. On the third night they took our spare wheel and the hat rack, a disappointment. They should have warned us that the area was unsafe.

The flexible check‑in/out times were a plus, but the room had a nauseating sewage smell, faulty locks, dust, and the host made us sign a strange lease not provided by booking. Highly not recommended.

The location was a 10‑minute walk from the metro, but we paid for a quadruple and got a double; my colleague and I had to sleep on a double bed on a mezzanine where the low ceiling hit our heads. The bathroom was tiny, dust everywhere, and there was no air‑conditioning. The property won’t refund. Never again.

The location was excellent and the property truly welcoming, but what impressed us most was the genuine hospitality of the owners, especially the “aunt”, a perfect example of Neapolitan warmth and kindness. We felt right at home! Highly recommended! If we return to Bagnoli, we’ll definitely stay here again. – The three Calabrian girls, thank you from the bottom of our hearts! ☺️

The location was fine, but there was very little space. The photos don’t show how cramped the apartment is. It might work for one person, but for a couple it’s very tight. I don’t recommend it for a longer stay.
