“Wonderful amenities right in your room, great location, bed could be cleaner.”

The room’s layout and spot in town are great, with half the bathroom turned into a jetted hot tub/spa and a sauna right by the entrance, separate from the bedroom but close to the WC. The fireplace, shelves, and compact kitchen add a nice touch. The owner was quick to respond and helpful even while on holiday. However, the sheets were clean, but the bed base itself was heavily stained and dirty; I folded the clean sheets to use the cleaner side near the door. The place seems aimed at couples, and I was told to keep “love sounds” down for neighbors, which didn’t match my solo work trip expectations. Getting the keys from a supermarket a block away was confusing, and returning them during checkout was inconvenient, so factor that into your plans. Most of the information is in French, so be fluent or ready to translate.

The quiet atmosphere and comfortable surroundings, plus the close proximity to public transport and the large, tree‑lined square, make this spot very appealing.

“Agréable”

The location is excellent and very affordable. A few things were broken, which slightly ruined the party, but the host was very understanding and offered a commercial gesture right away, which was very generous on his part.

Overall disappointing. The location is pleasant and close to my training venue, and the place was quiet and heated upon arrival. I was upset by many issues: a random pair of underwear was left on the bed, the wardrobe was full of maintenance equipment, white secretion stains on the footboard, dirty seats, dusty floor under the plant, no shower sprayer to rinse the balneotherapy before and after with proper hot water (I’d have liked it hotter), a cracked sauna shower door, a crooked bathroom mirror… it’s clear people don’t respect the space and the staff don’t fix things, which is disheartening. I left the elegant, well‑equipped, relaxing side of the property for a dirty room. The dust everywhere was a shame. I wasn’t comfortable at all; I came to recharge during a professional course. The “hard” bed also didn’t suit me.
