The property was nice, especially the theatre shows. The room was fairly comfortable but still had some remnants from previous guests, although daily cleaning was done. Everything else was good, and Simone was very kind and friendly. The MiniClub staff were also courteous. I was on the 3rd floor with small children and worried about the elevator because it frequently stalled. When we arrived, there was a welcome kit, but the fridge had almost no water—other places at least provide a bottle. I was skeptical about leaving my daughter at the MiniClub because the kids seemed too young.

Breakfast was excellent—varied and generous, both sweet and savory. The location was lovely, with a garden view of the sea. The shuttle service was convenient, arriving every 15 minutes to the beach, and there was a laundry rack near the room, very useful for swimsuits and towels. However, as other guests have mentioned, the evening shuttle service ends at 19:00, which is too early if you want to enjoy sunset on the beach. We noticed the beach was divided into several sections and only one had an entertainment service; this wasn’t clear from the start or selectable. The noise from our bathroom’s flush and the neighbors’ was annoying; after flushing, the water refill made a long, loud whistle that disturbed sleep at night. The bathrooms and overall room were dated but still functional. Strangely, there were no bedside lamps, which was inconvenient since the main light couldn’t be controlled from the bed.

The place was spotless and tidy, with friendly staff who met every need. My gluten‑free daughters had no trouble with the gluten‑free breakfast and dinner. The shuttle to the beach with its fantastic sea was convenient, and the entertainment was great – definitely worth recommending and revisiting. No complaints.

Everything was covered – a restaurant, free beach shuttle, market, pools, and nightly entertainment – all very appreciated, though I think they could raise the bar a bit more. If you enjoy baby dance, crowded pools, and various tournaments, this is the spot for you. The pools need more maintenance and care; they’re not very comfortable and the animators bring large groups of kids for splash games that are loud and chaotic.
