“Beautiful place but terrible gym.”
Space, crew, amenities. The gym is terrible! Nowadays, where everyone is caring about health, having a decent gym is mandatory.

The spot is spot on and the facilities are great; I just wish there had been more downtime to enjoy the resort.
The boutique vibe and atmosphere were great, but the staff and service left a lot to be desired.

Vira was great at customer service at reception and was thoroughly helpful. The front‑desk gentleman was unhelpful and dismissive throughout the two days; there was construction in the pool area, and they were actively painting the pool while I was trying to swim.

The location and rooms, especially the suite we stayed in, were spacious with a nice terrace, though it had no lighting so at night it was completely dark. The value for money was awful and didn’t match a 4‑star rating; not so much the hotel itself but the way things are run and the services, even though the staff were very friendly. For example, when we ordered room service and a steak, they delivered all dishes in plastic Tuppers inside a bag with plastic cutlery; we had to request metal cutlery because eating a steak with plastic was impossible. The breakfast lounge was noisy, and the pool was overcrowded with two extra rows of hammocks, so you’re bumping into other guests with no privacy. In the garden there was constant music, and we had a speaker at the breakfast entrance in our room, so we asked them to lower the volume because it was loud from inside. Another issue that seemed very cheap and never happened at any other hotel: we had breakfast included and they give you a voucher showing $60; if you exceed that you must pay the difference. Regarding the money, they also take a security deposit on check‑in, which is normal, but the problem is that when they charge you for any other room consumption they do it at a higher, random amount to confirm there’s enough balance, and then they say it takes 10 working days to refund it. In short, the price and category don’t match what they claim and what they present to the public. They talk about a resort evoking calm and relaxation, but it’s nothing like that.
