“Good value for a quick stay”

This place offered great value for a quick overnight stay before an early flight. The room was surprisingly quiet, even though the hallway seemed noisy. Front desk staff were super friendly and helped with a minor issue I had. I either missed the fine print or didn’t realize the rooms don’t come with coffee machines; they said coffee was available in the lobby from 6 am, but I had to leave at 5 am to catch my flight. Thankfully, the front desk lady kindly found a coffee machine for me to use that night. Apparently, coffee machines, utensils, cups, and plates aren’t standard in the rooms.

“Nice”

The hotel is brand new, clean, and well maintained, and the staff are friendly and helpful, doing their best whenever needed. You get what you pay for. Still, the stay wasn’t as relaxing as I’d hoped. First, I didn’t receive the room I had booked—despite paying extra for it—and the front desk said the hotel was fully booked and couldn’t do anything, telling me to contact someone else. Second, the room wasn’t clean: there was hair in the microwave, on the sink, and on the floor, dust everywhere, small stains on the bedding, and the bathtub was dusty and not properly cleaned. The bathroom fan didn’t work either. The staff were polite, but these problems made the stay less relaxing than expected.

“Wonderful property, Great staff. Short drive to many types of eateries, grocery store with a Starbucks next door.”

The staff were friendly and helpful, going the extra mile, and the room was clean, well kept, and comfortable!
