“Sollten wir ein weiteres Mal diesen Landstrich besuchen, werden wir hier wieder einkehren.”
We had car trips planned and this was the right starting point. The breakfast was very good.
“Vše bylo skvělé, jen je škoda, že je cyklostezka kolem Labe na protější straně a nejbližší most 7 km”
The villa is truly beautiful, noble, and sensitively restored. The garden has more potential, more seating options, and a better gardener or landscape architect, because it’s a bit deteriorating.
A fantastic hotel with a stunning view and a lovely restaurant.
“Unsere Erwartungen waren bei dem Preis höher”
The room was at least cozy. The house and grounds give a neat and well‑maintained impression. However, the room’s equipment was inadequate: one side of the bed had neither a nightstand nor a place for a book, phone, etc., nor a reading lamp. There were no sockets at the head of the double bed, as is usual, so you couldn’t charge your phone. The other sockets were only in an inconvenient spot near the floor. The tiny wardrobe had no compartments for clothes or other items. The bathroom had only a small console above the sink, but no place to put toiletries or hooks for hanging clothes while showering. The room was quite cramped, with only one chair (for two people!) and a small table. The suitcase had to be put in the bathroom because there wasn’t enough space in the room. The beds were comfortable, but made noise with every movement, which was very unpleasant at night. Wi‑Fi on the second floor was weak, and on the second evening it almost completely failed. The lady at reception was very friendly, but she couldn’t fix the issue. There was no air conditioning. When we arrived, the room was very warm; fortunately we could open the window and the nights were cool. In midsummer, staying under the roof on the second floor will probably not be very pleasant. The stairs to the second floor are very steep, and there is no elevator in the building. The hotel is unsuitable for guests with disabilities, starting with the stairs at the entrance. Carrying heavy luggage up to the second floor is a real challenge. Breakfast was sufficient, but the selection of sausages and cheeses was quite sparse. The fruit was mostly unripe and tasted bland.
Beautiful location with a view, quiet environment.
