Nothing really was good—the whole stay was terrible. The price was way too much for the room. The front‑desk person was rude at both check‑in and check‑out. The room smelled horrible. The door to our room looked like it had been kicked in before and was so hard to open that if my boyfriend had not been staying with me I would have gotten stuck inside. The bathroom door didn’t close all the way. The bathroom was dirty, the room was dirty, the mattress was terrible, and the AC didn’t work right, so it was hot and humid. The breakfast the next morning was terrible and the milk was warm.
