The pillows smelled sweaty, making it hard to sleep, and the water flow was too slow to finish a bath in 10 minutes— it took 30‑40 minutes. I was also given an air‑conditioner controller that didn’t work; even after exchanging it, it still couldn’t be used, so I had to walk up and down the stairs three times just to get a functioning one. The worst part was the strong sweat odor on all four pillows.

The location is strategic, but overall my stay was decent. I understand that I shouldn’t expect the highest quality for the price paid, yet cleanliness should never be compromised. In Room 222 I found stains on the bedsheet, and the pillow cover and pillow were in poor condition. Regardless of the hotel’s price range, cleanliness must always be a top priority because it directly affects guests’ comfort and overall experience.
