Located in central Aberfeldy, Highland Perthshire, Station House offers rooms just five minutes’ walk from cafés, shops, bars, restaurants and a cinema. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious with an on‑suite; the communal kitchen had a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, plates, and cutlery, and you could book breakfast at the main hotel if you wanted; Asda/Co‑op is almost next door for supplies. Most of us who used the kitchen washed up afterward, but a few left their dishes dirty and expected the cleaning staff to deal with them.

The lounge area offered coffee, tea, and a refrigerator for guests to use.

The room was spacious and bright, though the curtains could use an update; the shower is tiny but works well for a short stay, with strong water pressure and clean white towels. The shower door, however, wasn’t attached to the base on one side.

The place was very clean and the room comfortable, and the staff were very nice. Unfortunately there was no soundproofing, so noise from other rooms was audible, and the blinds let in a lot of morning light.

Lovely little room - good shower and comfy bed. Coffee machine in communal area was a bonus. Plenty options for breakfast nearby. Would be good to allow access to the kitchen area
