“Não gostei e não volto mais”

Even though I never got a chance to use them, the leisure areas looked excellent, I liked the breakfast and the bathroom shower. The room I was assigned had no three‑hole sockets, and the few two‑hole ones were ancient and dead, leaving me unable to power my notebook while I was trying to work from home. I asked the front desk for an adapter; the staff member said none were available and made no effort to help. The toilet was old and clogged twice, and the balcony door rattled all night, ruining my sleep.

The staff were attentive, the facilities were nice with a spacious room and a balcony, breakfast was very good, the location was convenient and the Wi‑Fi performed well. The cleaning could have been better and the amenities left something to be desired.

The location was excellent, right next to Praia da Ferradura. Unfortunately, I stayed over a rainy weekend, but the lodge itself is great and we enjoyed it a lot.

“Súper recomendable”

The breakfast was varied and exquisite. The peace of the place, close to the sea, and the fact that they provide umbrellas and beach chairs is also very good. The kids’ facilities are spectacular and super entertaining. Some services, like the closed play area and the restaurant, shut down at 18:00. I understand the employees need to go home, but they should plan a meal schedule considering they’re 20 blocks (2 km) from the gastronomic center. The available delivery is limited to pizzas, hamburgers, and milanesas.
