“Probably my last time staying at the Doubletree, I definitely will not be back to this one”

The only thing I liked was the location—it was close to the venue I needed to hit that night. I would’ve chosen another place, honestly. The beds were uncomfortable, the front desk clearly needs customer‑service training, and the door to my room was so stiff that my cousin and I—both with shoulder injuries—had trouble opening and closing it. The room carpets need a good shampoo because they smell old and dirty. As a member, I expected better. That’s probably my last time at the Doubletree.

Very nice and so close to the Spectrum Center—just a 5‑minute walk. The sheets were not soft; they felt stiff and uncomfortable.

“Was there for the game, Doubletree was a good option for my stay. Convenient and quiet.”

The bed was a little hard, but overall the experience was good. The bathroom area was a bit small.

A basic standard US hotel. I’m still waiting for a corrected invoice; the hotel refuses to provide an invoice reflecting the amount I paid! Terrible if you need it for reimbursement.

Location and room quality were great. Parking was not attached, which was inconvenient, but that’s it.
