I appreciated how close the hotel was to lovely neighborhoods with easy walking routes to great restaurants, and it felt safe, clean, and perfectly situated.

The staff were friendly, the location was good, and the Wi‑Fi was free, but the bed sheet was old, the pillowcase had a tear, and the room smelled.

The second room I booked was far better than the first—clean with a street view—and the staff were friendly as always.

The location, staff, and breakfast were good, but the bathroom lacked privacy, setting up the Wi‑Fi was difficult, and the service number didn’t respond.
