I could have stayed much longer :-) The staff were incredibly friendly, the large room offered views over the vineyards, and Michele had arranged an aperitivo on the terrace when we arrived, which I highly recommend. Before reaching La Ca dal Non we did a balsamic tasting at their Acetaia La Ca' dal Non in Vignola, where Michele’s mother gave us a fascinating and educational tour. I give my strongest recommendation and would love to return.
Breakfast was top.
