“NO RESPETAN TARIFA PUBLICADA EN BOOKING.COM”
The facilities were decent. They did not honor the rate or the published conditions, claiming they were incorrect, and I literally ended up paying 30 % more than the advertised price, which constitutes deceptive advertising under the Profeco definition of fraud; I will need to confirm with the establishment before making another reservation, a terrible experience.
I was told the hotel operated 24 hrs, but that wasn’t true; I couldn’t check in until 4 pm because they claimed that was the arrival time, and the checkout was at 11 am the next day.
Clean, orderly, and spacious rooms.
They did not respect the price set by the app.
