“The way you guys handled this you guys hung up on me several times as I called multiple times”

Nothing we were kicked out !. We waited 2 hours B4 anyone showed up to check us in .after finally getting checked in we drive up to our room to unload baggage when a German shepherd runs up on us like he's going to attack us we were scared for our safety and there was a boy that was close by I said plz call your dog off and he just kept shaking his head the dog jump on me knocking me down I start screaming for my life begging the boy to call off his dog my partner starts yelling call your dog off man we start screaming help hoping someone would hear us the boy takes off running and a black cat runs across the parking lot and the dog sees the cat and takes off after the cat. we hurry and pull our bags out of the room and a white van pulls up the guy who had checked us in jumps out of the van starts screams get out of my hotel you made my boy cry and begins calling us all kinds of vulgar names .your dog tried to attack us had us cornered against our car he told us that that was his well trained dog and because his dog is a well trained dog that the state of missouri doesn't require them to ever have to put there dog on a leash. Which is a lie, I'm screaming at him at this point your dogs or so well trained when he's attacking the guest at the hotel then he said go ahead and call the police they all know me and they won't do anything . At this point we thought it would be best to call the police ,so I did and I was transfered to a Sergeant he said oh your talking about MR.______ and he explain to me as the property owner he's allowed to have his dog off leash and told me they had calls after calls about the owner and his dog attacking the guest but legally they couldn't do anything because it was private property and then told me they don't know how he's still open it's bad for a business and it happens all the time and he was sorry they wouldn't be able to do anything

“Quick stop”

The room was clean and modern, but the truck parking lot right outside the door made for a noisy night with trucks running all night.

“Not great”

The rates were cheap, yet the bed was horrible and the room needed basic improvements.

“Disappointed to say the least”

When staff finally appeared, they were polite and helpful, but I had to wait a long time and shout for assistance before they arrived; the building was in disrepair and dirty, the lobby was dingy with only two badly worn chairs, so I canceled my reservation and left with the paperwork.
